Residencies
A church planting residency is a 12–24 month intentional training experience within a local congregation that equips and sends future church planters. Residents gain hands-on ministry experience, theological formation, and mentoring in the context of a healthy church community. This approach develops leaders who are spiritually mature, missionally focused, and well-prepared for sustainable church planting.
