Building network dynamics in our presbytery was a game changer for me as a church planter. The collaboration with other leaders anchored us during some challenging seasons, and the quarterly gatherings with content experts have really helped me expand my vision for how our church can continue to grow in reaching people and glorifying King Jesus.

Benjie Slaton,

Grace + Peace

Ooltewah, TN

The network means that I have a giant safety net. There is no way I would have attempted this church plant in such difficult circumstances without the freedom to fail that the network gave me. I knew we would be caught and supported.

The network has provided training and encouragement to me that were crucial to our church plant making it to particularization. Without the benefit of the structure and support of the network, I would have been floating alone and would have had to make many more mistakes in order to find the right path. The network provided guidance at essential moments and relational support all along the way.

Corby Shields,

Highland Park Fellowship

Chattanooga, TN

When I think of the network, the word "resources" comes to mind, but I don't simply mean financial or practical resources. I primarily mean relational resources. The leadership, fellow planters, and other pastors who are involved are a true and deep resource for counsel, encouragement, and comfort in my ministry. The network is a context where I have gained friends and prayer partners, and because of this, it is a resource for my own spiritual renewal.
