The Tennessee Valley Church Planting Network hosts quarterly gatherings at Trinity PCA in Cleveland, TN or other locations (e.g., Restoration Southside PCA in Chattanooga, TN). These four-hour gatherings (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) bring together church planters, residents, pastors, advocates, and ministry partners for prayer, vision casting, coaching, fellowship, and training.

Each gathering includes peer coaching and lunch together, often featuring interviews with ministry leaders to introduce participants to a broader church planting and renewal ecosystem. Past guests have included leaders from the Edmiston Center, Geneva Benefits, Urban Hope Community Church, and Covenant College.

Training focuses on practical topics such as discipleship, evangelism, preaching, leadership development, emotional health, mercy ministries, and church planting models and trends.
